[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 400px; background-color: #343434; padding:20px; border-top: 10px #af9390 solid; border-bottom: 10px #af9390 solid;] repair your broken wings ( WORDS ) 446 ( TAGGED ) open ( STATUS ) complete maureen needed something to do. and she needed to find something fast. she was going crazy in her dorm room just sitting and creeping on facebook. it was growing dark outside and it was a friday night. what kind of college student didn't have something to do on friday night? one that was a loser, that's who. and she, maureen antoinette dupont, was not a loser. she closed her laptop and walked over to her closet, pulling out her black mini and shimmery silver tank with nude colored pumps. tonight she would go clubbing and get deliciously drunk, and maybe do things she would regret. wasn't that all part of being twenty-one? everyone already thought she was a drunk just because of her age. maureen wasn't an alcoholic by any sense of the word; she just liked alcohol and having a good time. she pulled her hair into a messy bun and took her time putting on her makeup, carefully applying eye shadow to make the perfect smoky eyes. maureen admired herself in her full length mirror. not half bad if she did say so herself. now it was time to hit the clubs. she fired up her little car and cruised around until she found what appeared to be the hottest spot in town. there was a line, but surely she could get in fairly fast. maureen transferred some cash, lip gloss, and a pack of gum into her micro clutch. she also shoved a few ones into her bra in case her clutch got stolen and she really needed to catch a taxi home. there was no way she was going to drink and drive. that was one thing she never ever did, or wanted to do. she could always pick her car up the next day when she sobered up. it wasn't worth the risk of putting herself and other in danger. maureen walked up to the club and stood in line, chatting with a couple girls who were in front of her. they seemed like they could be a lot of fun. the bouncer was in a good mood, and obviously like her and her new friends, and let them in. maureen loved walking into a club. she could feel the bass pump through the floor and it made her want to break out and dnace, just right there in the middle of the club. she looked around, wondering if there was anyone here she knew, as she made her way to the bar. she ordered something fruity, picking the first name that caught her attention. she sipped it and leaned against the bar. tonight was going to be a good night. no notes:) |
