One person that Luna could always depend on for plans was Oliver. That's exactly why she was getting ready to leave her house, and being extra detailed about how she looked. She'd been friends with the guy since freshman year, and she'd liked him ever since as well. The thing was, Luna didn't like to speak up about her feelings. She'd never actually dated, and that was because she would much rather be friends with someone, knowing that feelings just ruined friendships most of the time. Luna was always so carefree and bubbly that she just didn't know how to be any other way with someone other than friends. She wasn't actually sure if she even wanted that. Everyone around her was in such a rush to get in a relationship or to go off and lose their innocence, but that just wasn't Luna Nash. She liked her innocence just how it was, and she was going to go far in life with it.
Double checking her hair and outfit, Luna shoved her feet into her Converse and headed out of the house and towards the park. There was an extra skip in her walk as she headed down the sidewalk and turned onto the park path that lead to the playground. She made her way up to the top of the jungle gym that was surprisingly empty. She sat herself on top of the monkey bars and kicked her feet gently. "Oliiii!" she called, sighing into the silent park.

Oliver heard someone very familiar call his name. A smile rose to his face as he stood up from his bed and looked out the window at the park across the street, to see Luna Nash sitting in a jungle gym. He laughed, and put a sweater on; he really couldn't care to put a shirt on as well. He was wearing jeans and then slipped his black vans on, grabbed his camera real quick, and hustled downstairs and out the door to see one of his closest friends.
Jogging across the street, he waved. "Hello Luna!" He smiled up at her. Luna was honestly Oliver's best friend. They were close ever since High School started, and he was glad for that. He had a best friend. Not many, but at least Luna was there. "What are you doing out at the park on this ... somewhat nice evening?" He laughed, climbing up to sit next to her on the monkey bars.

A wide smile danced across Luna's lips as she spotted Oliver crossing the street. She waved back, giggling, before grabbing back onto the monkey bars so she didn't fall. She'd almost fallen through those things one too many times, and she wasn't about to do it again. Luna kept kicking her feet gently, loving the feeling of the gentle wind on the back of her legs since she'd chosen shorts for the day instead of pants. It was summer, after all.
Luna giggled, shrugging. "I felt like coming to the park and seeing my best friend, of course." She smiled brightly, a cool breeze rushing past and pushing her red hair in every direction possible, as well as sending a shiver down her spine. "Though, apparently my clothing choice wasn't the smartest." Luna shrugged, looking down at her t-shirt and shorts. They were cute, but since the sun was starting to go down, it was bound to get colder. The wind had proven that. "So how're you, Olikins?" she asked in her usual, perky voice with a bright smile.

Oliver raised a brow seeing her shiver. "Well, I suppose your clothes weren't a good choice now were they?" He questioned her with a wink. He laughed, and without thinking about it, took off his sweater and handed it to her. Now, Oliver wasn't one to just show off his upper body, but he was a gentleman, and that's how he was raised. A woman was cold, you warm her up. "Here, put it on. You'll be warm." Oliver wasn't embarrassed of his body, it was actually quite muscled. And it was just Luna, not like anything was going to happen, right?
He shrugged. "I've been pretty good I guess. Taking pictures mostly, and studying." Oliver lifted his camera up when he said he was taking photos a lot. "Not much really. Just the usual from little ol' Oli over here." Oli laughed, and turned to her. "How about you Ms. Luna? Anything interesting going on?"
