jasleen always had seemed to have a thing for foreigners. british, italian, spanish, australian. the few boyfriends she had had before this very day always came from another place than the united states, or even from another place than north of america. maybe it was due to the fact that she had always travelled a lot with her parents when she was younger, when they had still had some kind of affection for their only daughter. she had always liked discovering new things about different countries for it had always seemed to her like she was discovering a whole new world everytime she spent a week or two in a new country. it was not really a surprise that she also could speak over four languages and somewhat understood three more. if she had not been absolutely passioned by anything that was related to cooking and baking, she probably would have taken something that was related to international communication or something like that, even though, most of the time, in her classes, she would cook meals from all over the world, french food being her favourite. so when she heard felix’s accent as he helped her up from his lawn after she had jumped off of tucker’s skateboard as they passed by, she could not help but be slightly drawn to him. she could not actually believe she refused to go have tea with him, but she would have actually felt bad to simply abandon ian just like that even though she was pretty sure her friend would not have minded all that much. he probably would have found something else to do. however, when felix had talked about having chinese and actually asked her if she wanted to have dinner with him, even though it had not been in those exact words, she could not have said no. she definitely wanted to go along with it. plus, he had seemed like a nice enough guy. the only question that had popped up in her mind at that time had been “why not”. she sat calmly as she ate her chinese food, bringing the chopsticks every now and then up to her mouth until she finally finished and stood up to put her dishes down in the sink. well, that was good. thanks.. she said as she went back to the table and sat back down across from him, folding her legs underneath herself and leaning slightly forward as she rested her elbows on the table, a smile on her lips. how much do i owe you for the food? she asked, raising an eyebrow. she never was one to let others pay for her, or do anything for her, at that point. ever since her parents had left her to take care of herself, she felt as if she needed to be completely responsible for herself, which also meant paying for her own stuff. however, it did help that her parents, until they left, kept putting money aside in a bank account for her ever since she was born. but it did hurt her everytime she thought about the fact that they might have done that only because they were convinced they would be leaving her, one day or another, and that, by then, she would need money to take care of herself. part of her was glad that she had a place to live and money to keep paying the bills which kept coming in every month. after all, that was that she needed, right? it was not like her parents had ever taken care of her anyway so she was perfectly able to make it through on her own. however, part of her wished that she had a real family, just like everyone else. and that was why her friends were so important in her life. they really were the only people that she knew were there for her. and the more she had, the more she was happy. she guessed that was why she was here. oh, and of course, for the fact that felix had what she thought was the awesomest accent ever. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - credit , to me tagged , mister felix rupert ellis, aka beckyyyyy. music , what makes you beautiful, 1D. hehehehe. outfit , clickers, bby.words , six eight eight. notes , lmfao, spazzy jazzy c:

family was one thing that felix never took for granted. he may not have taken most things seriously throughout his life, but he took family very seriously. he loved his mum and dad more than anything in the world. when he told them that he had gotten accepted into university in the united states, his mum had jumped on the opportunity to change stuff up for their family. conveniently enough, felix talked to his father about a transfer that worked perfectly. the business that the man worked for had opened a station just outside of bluewater, so they moved to the city with felix's first choice in colleges. sure, it wasn't exactly the fanciest of schools or anything, and bluewater wasn't exactly a super well known city, but he liked that. americans were definitely as.. well, crazy, as everyone had made them out to be. it was the perfect place for felix to fit in. most of the people in england were a lot more reserved than the people in america. then again, he did miss home. he missed his friends, his school, the girls he'd dated and befriended.. everything. it was weird to skate down the street and realize that there were cars coming at him from the opposite side of the road than they were supposed to be; it was weird to walk around and have people say he had an accent when to him all of them had accents; it was weird that his mum was actually working when normally she spent her time at home.
something that felix was used to was paying for girls. most of the girls he knew just didn't even bother offering to pay, leaving him to "casually" offer to pay for them. he'd only ever had one girl ever offer to pay, and that had caught him as completely off guard as jasleen offering to pay him back. it was his house, his dishes, and he had invited her, so there was no way he was going to let her pay back. shaking his head, felix leaned back in his seat, his empty dishes sitting in front of him. nuh uh, not happening. i invi'ed you over, you're not paying me back. he said, standing up and picking his dishes up with him. felix placed them into the sink, putting the empty cartons on the counter to throw them out later. for now, he went back to the table and sat down, leaning against the table a bit. y'know, i have a couch. much more comfortable than dining chairs. laughing lightly, felix stood up and waited a moment before heading into the living room, plopping himself down on the couch, sitting kind of sideways so he could face jazz. he smiled gently. he still wasn't quite used to the new house yet. it had only been about a week since they'd moved in, and his mum had decided to go on a "change" spree. she reorganized all of the rooms, got some new furniture, all that stuff. she was having a lot of fun with the interior design thing, he was proud of her. felix had always told him mum to chase her dreams -- she was never too old to start a business or something like that. besides, it wasn't like she was extremely old. she was only in her upper thirties, after all. interior design was something she was good at, and felix had gotten a bit from her. he'd designed his room, and he'd helped with the living room. the one thing he hadn't chosen was the picture frames lining the top of the entertainment center of pictures of him growing up. sure, it was kind of embarrassing, but at least he had parents that cared. some day he wanted a family like his own. but he didn't want to plan for it. he lived in the moment, always.

she definitely would not ever want to have a family like her own. she would never even dare putting her children, if she ever had any, through the same things that her parents had. according to her, her parents had made the biggest mistake possible by not taking care of her when it was still time to do so and by caring more about their career than their own family. of course, since she wanted to become a big time baker and wanted to open her very own bakery someday, her career was definitely going to be something important in her life. however, there was no way she was ever going to let her future career as one of the greatest bakers in the country get in the way of her family. it was definitely something she was willing to put first in her future life, just like she was putting her friends first right before anything else, even before herself. it might have been hard to believe for some people, but she definitely was the most family inclined person you would probably ever meet, even if she had had one of the worst childhoods you could have imagined. she shook it off, however, not letting any kind of sad emotion show up on her face, hiding all her feelings like she always did. she had become a professional at it. it was all a question of having a good poker face which took years of practice and jasleen had had plenty of time to do that, always holding the tears back whenever her parents would leave for the airport. the teenager chuckled softly at felix’s comment on dining chairs as she stood up from her own chair and willingly followed him to his couch in his living room, plopping down on it and folding her legs underneath herself which seemed to have become her favourite position to sit lately. her eyes quickly ran over everything around the room, taking everything in as it would probably be useful for a future conversation subject. she was used to doing such a thing whenever she would meet a new person and went to their house or even if she simply talked with them in the street. in the occasion, she would analyze what they were wearing or carrying with themselves. she did not do that to make anyone uncomfortable, of course. in fact, it was quite the opposite. she had always been the talkative type, so she absolutely hated those long, awkward, uncomfortable silences that would usually come between two people when they had just met. well, unless, of course, they clicked just like that. but it was really rare and she was not willing to take such a chance with felix, or with anyone else, at that point. so she made sure she took most of the things either covering the walls or lying on the tables in as she took that quick glance around the room before setting her eyes back on him and offering him that small smile of hers which seemed to always be stuck to her lips. you were right.. a couch is much more comfortable than a dining chair. she said as a light chuckle escaped from her lips, thus making her wrinkle her nose and forehead only slightly, like always. to prove what she had just said, she leaned back in the couch, making herself comfortable by unfolding her legs and digging her feet slightly in the couch, pulling her knees up to her chest and hugging them. since she liked to fill the silence with anything possible, she was not simply going to wait for his answer on the couch comment. alright. so now that we’re full of good food, what do you want to do? she asked, smiling still. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - credit , to me tagged , mister felix rupert ellis, aka beckyyyyy. music , what makes you beautiful, 1D. hehehehe. outfit , clickers, bby.words , six three six. notes , i’m never writing a post at one in the morning again. so i decided to rewrite part of it at ten am i think it turned out better

details weren't something that felix payed much attention to in most cases. he liked to take stuff as it is, not really caring about details. it's just like how he was not shallow. while most teenage guys cared so much about finding a hot girl to sleep with, felix was not like that. he cared so much more about personality than looks. if a girl did not have a personality, she did not have felix. it was as simple as that, really. he would much rather take the time to get to know a girl than lose his chance at a relationship by rushing sex. sure, he would not turn down a really attractive girl at a club, but usually that was because he was drinking or his hormones got the best of him. he was still a teenage guy, after all. hell, even adult guys got that problem. he wondered if girls ever just randomly got the will to lose their morals just for one night. if they could make their own insecurities and worries disappear like guys could. shrugging the thought off, he figured it was not his business anyway. he would love to be the guy that makes a girl shove her insecurities aside, but like i said before, he lives in the moment. he does not like to sit around thinking about such things, because that would lead to actually thinking about other stuff, planning his life, and that was not something he liked to do. it was boring, and it was way too typical. felix wanted to be different. no, felix was different. he did not care what others thought about him, thus making a complete fool of himself in most cases. it made life fun. instead of just existing, he was living to the full extent.
silence wasn't something that happened often with feli around. if there was even a hint of silence he would start doing or saying something completely random just to fill up that silence that made everyone feel so awkward. well, it made everyone but felix feel awkward. he was comfortable enough just having people around that he didn't constantly need to be talking. that was one of the reasons that he made such an amazing cuddle buddy. he didn't have to be talking to be happy. if he could just lay with a girl in his arms, he was fine. no kissing, no sex, just cuddling. he did not understand how guys could pass up cuddling so easily. it was definitely one of the best parts of having a girl. sure, it sounded gay if felix ever mentioned it, but he really did not care. felix grinned a crooked smile when jasleen made herself comfortable, leaning back a bit himself and resting one arm on the arm of the couch and the over on the top of the couch. of course i was right. i'm bri'ish. a soft chuckle escaped his lips as he winked playfully towards jasleen. he ran a hand through his hair, looking around the room. we could.. go for a walk, or sit here, or watch a movie, or.. nope, i'm out of ideas. it's all up t'you, m'dear. he grinned again, taking advantage of his accent. he didn't really get why girls fawned over his accent. then again, he'd grown up around a bunch of people with the same accent, so it was nothing special. he didn't really find any accents that intruiging. american people were so harsh with their words, it just kind of flowed for english people. plus, some of the american slang was just insane. felix had had to look up so many different slang words that he heard on the street, and it was rather disgusting. he had had good timing to move from london, missing the riots by a week and instead being in america, watching his mother cry over the pictures online of burning buildings. people were putting stuff back together, but it was still horrible. he had lost some hope in his fellow englishmen. ignoring the thoughts once more, felix looked to jasleen for what they were going to do right then.

sometimes, jasleen had trouble thinking that she really was a girl. don’t get me wrong, she had all that girls generally had and they were perfectly real and her very own. but the way she acted, or she used to act at least, sometimes remembered her of how some teenage guys she knew would act. and that meant acting like a stupid asshole. for a long time before she had discovered herself and finally figured out what she wanted to do with her life, she had done everything to get attention from others, to actually make it seem like she was oh so very interesting. she had done things that she sincerely regretted and felt like there was absolutely no chance that she could ever make up for them. there also were times when she would think about the reasons which had pushed her parents to permanently leave and come up with the fact that it was her fault. but no, it was not. in fact, it was the other way around. it was their fault that she had ended up like such an attention whore, wanting people to always look at her and only her. she had been selfish, only ever thinking of her very self. she had tried to redeem herself by being there for ilyssa or really anyone that might ever need her. however, she still sometimes had those moments where she would forget about everything that she put others through and would only think about her own good, even with ily who was her best friend. she felt terrible about it but it was part of her. how could she simply push away a very part of her own soul? she hated letting others have their moment of happiness, their moment of glory while she simply watched and sat quietly. she wanted to be the main actress on who everybody’s eyes were on, and not simply someone you would only see once in the movie that was life. so there was no need to say that when she had been invited over to go to felix’s, she had been well enchanted by the idea, and even more now that she was hear, sitting with him and talking ideas of what they could have done to possibly pass the time. she tilted her head back, looking at the ceiling as she let his many propositions sink in to her mind and thinking about what she would have liked to do. sitting there was simply not an option for jasleen. she definitely was someone who liked to move, or at least do something while they were simply going to sit there. playing a board game sounded fun, but she was convinced they could both do better than that. maybe a movie.. yeah, that was a good enough idea. however, if he did not like when someone talked as they watched a movie together, well, they never could watch any movies together. jasleen was definitely one to make comments on everything she saw and laugh about it. so she guessed there was just the walk left. she raised an eyebrow slightly as she began to talk. let’s go for a walk. or.. wait, do you have rollers? or.. skateboards would be even better. i’ve never been skateboarding.. well, unless earlier when i fell on your lawn. but.. she soon decided to stop herself before she started to ramble even more. she always tended to do that whenever she started talking. she would go on and on about random things that most likely never made sense with whatever the person had just said or asked her. she was lucky that, just now, she had had the brilliant idea to stop herself before the rambling had started. she looked back at felix once she was done thinking about what they could have done and pushed herself on her feet. alright, come on. move that not lazy butt. she said as she looked down at him, a light smile spreading across her lips. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - credit , to me tagged , mister felix rupert ellis, aka beckyyyyy. music , what makes you beautiful, 1D. hehehehe. outfit , clickers, bby.words , six seven one. notes , wow, i’m so cliché when i want to be didn’t know it could actually get that bad.

when it came to attention, it had never really been felix's main point in life to have everyone looking at him. he gave full attention to those around him, and would rather see a girl smile than worry about how he looked or how idiotic he sounded. keeping others happy just came easily for felix. as long as he could make someone else smile, he would be fine for the day. some days he sat down and asked "did i make anyone smile today?", and if the answer was no, he would mentally smack himself and make a note to get out and make someone's day better the next day. sure, he liked to be happy, he liked to have fun, but that could always be done with someone else or at least pass someone during that day that could use a hug or a witty comment to make them feel better. stuff like that was a distraction for him. it kept him from sitting around being bored and worrying about the future or such. his mother had raised him to put other people first. sure, he had selfish moments, but everyone did. some days he just wanted to tell people to shut up so he could have fun or actually think. looking back on his life, felix had no regrets. okay, that was a lie. everyone had a regret or two, and when it came down to it he was just another statistic. one of his biggest regrets was breaking up with the girl of his dreams when he had been sixteen. she had been nothing but nice to him, but the second she started talking about marriage or real committment after six months, felix panicked. she made him actually think about the future, and he didn't like that.
planning stuff just wasn't felix's strong suit. he didn't like to have to sit down and talk about what he wanted to do or where he wanted to go in life, because he honestly had no idea what or where he saw himself in five years. you want to know where he saw himself? he saw himself being happy. that was all that ever really mattered. felix just wanted to sit down some day in the future and know that he had not gone ahead and wasted his entire life on drama and planning and forcing himself to grow up too early. that was something wrong with society. everyone was in such a rush to grow up, that when they looked back on life they were disappointed in themselves. that was not in any way how felix wanted to look back on his life. at all. life was like one big movie, some people had bigger roles than others, some scenes were important and others just.. were not at all. just like how he was watching movies, felix talked a lot through life. he didn't quite know how to shut up sometimes, and he was not sure if that was a good thing or not. it kept moments from going silent. silence always made people feel awkward, especially for the british boy who had gone so long with talking so much. it just was not in his nature to let things get boring. bollocks! you've never been skateboarding? felix had a collection of about six skateboards in his room. he had always been big on skating. it was so much easier to get around than sitting around in traffic in a car. grinning, he stood up when jasleen told him to get up. wait here just a second. practically jogging, he made his way down the hall and into his room, grabbing two boards and heading back into the living room. d'you want your own board, or sharing? since your a beginner and whatnot. he was practically beamed as his lop-sided smile took over his face, eyes sparkling wildly.

commitment was not really something that jasleen had ever been scared of. her parents, she thought, had definitely been scared when they had realised everything that they would have to give up in order to raise their one and only child. they had prefered running instead of acting like two mature adults and caring for their child. they had been quick to find the perfect way out by leaving her to a nanny every single time they needed to get out of the country. jasleen had promised herself never to turn out like them. she had always promised herself to let love in her life if she did ever find it, to accept the sacrifices that life wanted her to make because she was convinced that none of it would ever be bad for her. if she did ever have children, she wanted to give them everything that she had always wanted as a kid. she wanted to care for them like her parents never had. she had decided a long time ago that she would not be scared to commit fully to her family while still being able to have a professional life always. after all, why could it not work out just fine? she also guessed that the best way to redeem herself from her previous actions would be just that. what would have been more important than putting your children before yourself and what you wanted? however, for that to eventually happen, everything else needed to fall into place, but she definitely was not going to rush things. everything always ended up worse when you rushed them, pushed them to come faster towards you. patience was one of the few virtues had that most other human beings did not and she was proud of it. she was proud of the fact that she actually had the capacity to wait for something while distracting herself with something else. everyone else always seemed such in a hurry when it came down.. well, pretty much every single thing there was to enjoy in life, which made her want even more to just take her time and relax. jasleen was definitely someone who always liked to try new things, whether it was a new activity she was trying or a new kind of food she was having. as far as she could remember, she had always liked trying new things. it was just something that came naturally to her. whenever someone would propose something she had never done before, her answer to that would most likely be yes. and if it wasn’t, well, it had to be something rather disgusting or just completely.. weird. well, she sometimes found herself liking weird things like plum cookies (which were actually one of the greatest things she had tasted in her life), but that was not the point. she tilted her head slightly as felix left the living room, moving slightly to the side to see where he was headed. and when he came back out with two skateboards in each one of his hands, a large smile spread across her face, probably making her look like a total idiot, but she did not really care. she raised her eyebrow as he spoke, giving him the ‘who-do-you-think-i-am’ look and stealing one of his skateboards from him. watch and be completely surprise, kiddo. she said as she started making her way to his front door. the truth actually was that she was terrified to get on that thing, but there definitely was no way that she was going to let that show in absolutely any way possible. she got out the door with the skateboard in hand only then realising that she was forgetting about something. felix. she turned around back towards his house, standing there and holding as tightly as she could onto the skateboard. are you coming or what? she asked, trying to sound as confident as possible when, in fact, she was not at all. she just hoped this would turn out better than she thought it would. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - credit , to me tagged , mister felix rupert ellis, aka beckyyyyy. music , what makes you beautiful, 1D. hehehehe. outfit , clickers, bby.words , six seven six. notes , aight, this is what you get from a tired/in pain annie. ugh.

as funny as it may have sounded to some people, felix was a walking statistic. he was a teenage guy who tried his best not to think. it wasn't that he did not think, he just tried not to. thinking lead to regrets, or planning, and that just was not what he wanted to do with his time when he could be off having an ace time with his life. felix just saw planning as a waste of time. if you liked hanging out with someone, hang out with them. if you figured that there was feelings for someone, tell them. if you want to do something, you better damn well go for it. that was just how it worked with felix's brain. he did not take time to sit down and think about consequences or how someone else might react. if he liked someone and they did not feel the same way when he told them, he moved on. he would just go do something else, meet new people, but still be friends with that person. he was not the type of guy that let feelings ruin a friendship. the last two girls he had gone out were still friends with him, up until when he moved to california. he still kept in touch with as many people from england as he could, because that was the last seventeen years of his life. it was his life, his friends, his family, and it was all in another country. some day he wanted to go back, but until then he was comfortable just not even thinking about his future. it was not that he was scared to think about the future or plans with other people, he just did not like to. like with his last girlfriend. he was not ready to sit down and plan everything out with someone.
the fact that jasleen had taken one of the skateboards left him standing there in shock for a moment. his jaw had dropped by the time she was out the door, but a lopsided grin slid over his lips after she had walked out. felix had not moved from his spot by the time that jasleen had come back, asking if he was going to come or what. he shook his head for a second, laughing, before he started to walk casually toward the door. yeah, yeah. he stepped out the door, closing it behind him. felix didn't even bother to take the three steps down to the sidewalk, he jumped them, pulling his skateboard under his feet and starting down the sidewalk. he turned his head, looking back after jasleen with a grin. he came to a stop at the corner, two houses down. picking up the board, he turned back to watch for jasleen to catch up. skating always made felix's mood get ten times better. skating with a cute girl was even better. he had gotten addicted the skating back home, and it would always be the one thing that he turned to when he was in a bad mood or he just needed some time to himself. it was so much easier than driving or walking, and feeling the breeze through his hair was just so freeing. he felt like he was flying every time he skated somewhere, and that was something he could never give up even if he tried.

just as she finally reached the sidewalk and let the skateboard down on the ground. she looked up to see felix jumping the three steps that lead to his front door and land on his skateboard on the sidewalk. she watched as he skated away and set her foot on her own skateboard, tilting her head slightly as she wondered how she would get over to him without making a complete fool out of herself. it was one of jasleen’s main problems in her everyday life. she was such a perfectionnist, working on every single detail of her life over and over again. she would never stop until everything was up to the high standards she set for herself, for everything she ever did, so looking like a complete fool right now as she tried to remember the few things she knew about skating and how to keep her balance while in front of a guy she was starting to partially like would have definitely killed her. she could not help but let her eyes fall slowly to the ground, watching as she stepped on the skateboard and propelled herself up slightly, both of her feet now on the skateboard. taking a deep breath, she tried to keep the small balance she had as she started pushing herself forward, towards felix. she looked up at him, a light smile on her lips to make him believe that she was actually doing okay when, in fact, she was absolutely terrified by the fact that she would once again fall on someone’s lawn. it was not the pain that she would most likely get out of it that she was scared of. she was mure more scared of the humiliation it would cause her. even though she had been trying to change that about herself lately and was trying to laugh when something like that would happen, she still had difficulty. she was scared of what others said, of what others would do about it. no matter how hard she tried, others’ opinions always were difficult for her to deal with. ignoring definitely was not one of her strenghts. as she finally looked back up from her feet and the skateboard, she had slowly but surely reached the second house from felix’s before the corner. but she shouldn’t have because, just as she looked up, she lost the fragile balance she had had and fell off of the skateboard on her butt, in the street. she slowly looked back up as her skateboard rolled away, wiping the small rocks that had gotten stuck in her flesh off on her shorts. jasleen then pushed herself up, making sure that she was okay before looking over at felix. she forced a light smile on her lips, shrugging only slightly before going to pick up the skateboard, cursing at it in her mind as she then made her way over to were felix was standing. i guess we now both know that i need some help. she said as she forced her smile to widen slightly, but she still was not directly looking at him. she was convinced that she could not have bared looking at the expression he had on right now, probably a light smirk, right about now. why had she even wanted to take her own skateboard? it would have made things much simpler if she had just let him do whatever he wanted to do and then teach her a bit. jasleen forced herself to shrug it off and look up at him, biting the inside of her cheek a little as she smiled. care to help a poor girl? she asked as she put the skateboard which she had been holding so hard that her knuckles had become white down on the sidewalk, thus letting said knuckles be their natural colour once again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - credit , to me tagged , mister felix rupert ellis, aka beckyyyyy. music , what makes you beautiful, 1D. hehehehe. outfit , clickers, bby.words , six four three. notes , oooooh, poor jaz.

felix never really let people surprise him. he was always ready for random stuff to happen, such as a girl actually knowing how to skate. one of his best friends back home was a girl skater, so he knew not to judge anyone by their cover. everyone was different once you really started to uncover them. sure, there were some people that were exactly as they came off, but there was always exceptions. people who came off sweet but were actually the biggest pricks you have ever met. people who act shy but turned out to be one of the biggest whores in the entire town. people who built up walls just to have them broken down to be sweet, adorable, all that stuff. you get the picture. not many people are actually how they come off as at first look. they have layers, build walls to see who is willing to break them down and figure out just who that person is. felix was one of those people. he liked to figure people out, but at the same time he was one of those people that had layers. he came off exactly how he was most of the time, but there was some stuff that he kept hidden. stuff that he liked people to prove that they deserved to know about him. it was not a secret that he didn't like to think much, especially about the future or the past, but the stuff that happened then was the secret. he didn't talk about stuff that's gone down in his past. his family, his friends, his girlfriends. none of that were things that he would sit around talking about with someone unless he really cared for them and he knew for certain that they cared for him.
the second that jasleen fell, felix dropped his skateboard into the grass next to him. he blinked, taking a few steps toward her as she started to get up and dust herself off, running after the board that had rolled the other direction. are you okay? he checked, not really sure what else to do. she carried herself well, that was for sure. most girls that felix knew would have looked embarrassed beyond belief, made up an excuse to go home, probably to cry or something. he never really questioned it. the thing about felix though, he was okay with embarrassing moments. he did not judge people when they had them in front of him, instead he usually reassured the person that it would be fine, helped them clean up, and went on acting as if nothing had happened to them. he smiled a bit, shrugging when she got over to him. practice makes perfect. plus.. i'm all about helping. he grinned, taking her hand. okay, basics first. just stand on the right of the board, left foot on the board up.. here. he pointed to where her foot should be. after that, it's all about balance. here.. he went behind her, placing his hands on her hips. just push off, bring your right foot onto the board turn a bit, and i'll keep you going, yeah? he prepared to start moving, letting her have control, mostly just lightly holding on to make sure she stayed standing this time around.
